So I think I've finally perfected my peanut sauce recipe, so I figured I'd share. I think this is the first time I've put a recipe on here. Maybe it'll become a more regular thing

It doesn't really come out all that sweet, because of the vinegar. The molasses is really more to get the texture right.
One thing about it though is that it does carmalize if you end up leaving the heat on- so you do have to be careful to keep the flame off unless you're trying to mix the peanut butter and water together or reconstituting it after it's been in the fridge.

I tend to make my peanut sauces salty rather than sweet--but this looks fantastic. Must remember sweet and SPICY!
