Although today was not as cloudy as I'd been led to believe by our local weatherman, there's nothing like an unexpected surprise to brighten your day.  My bright spot came in the form of my first ever request by a literary agent.  It's often said in publishing that agents are harder to obtain than editors, so I've always been a little intimidated

Did I tell you this was your year? DId I warn you to be prepared to have a request for the ms come to you in the mail? Hmm, yes I think I did. And did I tell you to call me the minute you heard anything? Well I'm still waiting for that call. LOL.
