It's interesting to see Kirk's & McCoy's relationship through other eyes. And, it's certainly in keeping with the Reboot-verse in which Uhura doesn't care very much for her Captain. Let's hope she warms to him in the next movie like she did here. :) Nicely done!

This is amazing!!! What a beautiful surprise today.

I love how Nyota just doesn't get it because her experience with Kirk is so different - and you can't blame her. The little details of her friendship with Len at the Academy are perfect too. And then she sees Kirk when he isn't putting on a front and I love the moments between him and Len when he's hurt. And of course Bones doesn't want to be treated first.
