Weighed 253 this morning, which means my weight is up. This is not terribly surprising, since my week kind of fell apart. The first part of the week I had a cold. Then the second half of the week I was on my period. I was in so much pain and so exhausted, exercise was out of the question. I know I use it as an excuse to let my eating go a bit
