Why do I get the sinking feeling that, despite all our prep-work and planning, PsiJam tonight is going to be a complete and utter disaster?

Pretty much how I expected. We didn't get enough people to buy tickets, so the theatre was depressingly empty. At least, we made enough profit to recoup our expenses. It was sad, really.
