Title: Paper Prison

I trap my feelings on the page, the screen, the paper prison bursting with words. Carefully, I line them up in rows, containing the chaos in my mind. I tie them down with punctuation, periods planting them firmly in black and white so they can't fly up to hit and scream, to touch, to change, to rage and shred my unsteady reality ( Read more... )

I wasn't even sure what genre to call it.

I am glad it came across..the ideas behind it. I wasn't sure it would.

I think it's sort of....creative verse, or even dipping over into memoir - in a way.

I pictured someone cross-stitching words on a page with punctuation. Nice imagery!

Yes, I guess it is what writing is. I wasn't sure WHAT to call this (genre?) but it..writing it was helpful somehow.
