The rumble grew louder before he heard the feet pounding on the floor. Sighing, he looked at the door as the light started to pour in. John grumbled and pulled his pillow over his head on the other bed. "You'd think a stupid storm wouldn't scare a mutant kid."
Bright green eyes looked at Bobby from under unruly brown bangs. "There’s a storm commin'. Can I say with you Bobby?"
Moving over on the bed, Bobby nodded. "Close the door behind you James. John's trying to sleep."
From John's pillow, Bobby heard a sleepy voice mumble, "Saint Bobby strikes again."
