Humiliation....

Jul 03, 2008 00:10

So, let me tell you about my day and why it sucked. Last week or so, my mom went to her Saddle Club meeting and was talking with another woman there and telling her how I don't know anyone and all that. So the woman has a son my age and says that he'll call me and show me around or something. Great. Let's not try and focus on how embarrassing ( Read more... )

Oh precious...I have to say it is KINDA funny. *ducks*

But here's the brightside: If he thought you were trying to bail on him with a "I had a stomach thing" excuse, well...now he knows you weren't lying!

And maybe you'll have a hilarious story to tell your grandkids. :)

Hope you feel better!

You're lucky I love you. That's all I'm going to say.

Hehe. No, you're right though. And I am feeling better. Yeah, here's hoping it turns into a great story... you know, when my face is no longer on fire.

lol. Have you ever read Sassy magazine? It was around when I was in high school (the 90s). It was mostly ridiculous, but it had this section where girls could write in their most embarrassing moments.

This one girl said that she was in line at a bank and there was this hot guy standing in front of her. They started chatting it up and the next thing she knew her mini-pad was falling out of her shorts...and it landed on his foot.

So, the moral is: it can't get worse than that.

XD

Look at it this way... At least your mom found a viable option this time. If I remember correctly, that hasn't always been the case.

Hang in there dear. And I hope you're feeling better.

i don't know whether to laugh or sympathize.... you're my favorite.

but if it makes you feel any better it sounds like it could have been a hot date. and you get to see me IN ONE WEEK.

But if it were a hot date... wouldn't that make me feel worse? I don't get you sometimes. But it's okay, because I love you to pieces and I do get to see you in less than a week! I'm super excited. Do you think I can see you in your dress and everything at the church before the wedding? You know, cause I kind of want to tackle you, but not in front of such a big crowd...

I honestly fell bad about laughing, but I did get a little chuckle out of your misfortune. Then again, it could have been the fact that you said "fraking brilliant" in the next line. Namely because I have a hard time not saying frak in public because people look at you funny.

That being said, I love you Alliepants, and hopefully he thinks puking is hot! ...or at least ignores the puking part and had a really good day aside from that and totally calls you again. >_>

Haha, well, I'm glad I can make you laugh. I say "frak" all the time now, and "fraking brilliant" every now and then. I'm used to the weird looks, hehe. I'll let you know if he thinks puking is hot. *grins*
