Can I just say that I feel completely useless for not doing Nano this year? Everyone talking about their word counts and how they're moving through the story and all this and I'm doing relatively nothing. Useless

Well, NaNo is eating my brain, so don't be too jealous. And in my mind, "Coronation" is one big ongoing novel in which you've far succeeded 50,000 words, so I think you PWN all of us by having so much done by the 10th of November. :)

Your last piece had a range of emotions to it as well--a little bit of humor, a lot of drama, the awesomesauce of Abby/Norris CDG romance, but you balanced those very, very well. I think you'll be just fine with this new chapter as well.

Nano is eating your brain huh? That doesn't sound pleasant. Maybe that's why I'm not doing it this year, I don't want to deal with the mental trauma. hehe.

See, the thing with the last chapter though, that had a very obvious thread going through it with the epidemic--even when I wasn't focused on it, the fact that people were dying was always in the background. There isn't such an obvious plot to this one. I'm adding little lines here and there in this chapter to try and make it more cohesive, but I really feel like it's subpar. Ugh. There's some Abby/Norris in there though, so that should make you happy. *grins*

Yeah, why aren't you sleeping? I didn't sleep last night either. Couldnt' get comfortable, kept waking up (including one time when one of my cats bit me because I wasn't petting her, you know, cause I was SLEEPING). PS. Seriously icon love.

I started rereading the story in the doctor's office today. They were wondering why I had a big old goofy grin on my face. But I love me some Norris. Especially when he's with Abbers. And yes, she has a nickname. Vicodin is fun.

I have absolutely no idea why I'm not sleeping. Normally the Ambien takes care of everything, but it never made me tired last night. Oh, well, I broke the 15,000 word barrier, so at least I was productive. But now I'm in serious need of a nap.
