Rainn appears to have been deleted and purged, though, which means that it was deleted a while back by the owners.

Thank you. And they're coming back up; a journal for someone I just added just made a resurrection.

Hello,

I am the webmaster for the Birdsong Organization who also maintain an LJ called birdsongorg. They are an NYC based non-profit group that aids female survivors of childhood trauma.

Our group's profile has some of the banned keywords in it words in it. However my users were only just going back to use it after a long hiatus so I don't know if the difficulties they were having were as a result of not knowing what they were doing or if it really did go away for a while.

I've put a note onto the blog itself, but if there is some way to keep in touch with people about what to do so this doesn't happen I'd be grateful.

Thanks

also X-Posted to my LJ

I'm not sure how you can not know how to get on--can you give me examples of what anyone found when they clicked on the link? LJ was being wonky yesterday; if only the profile loaded and nothing else, it was likely server errors. However, well, click on anything here with a line through it to see what it looks like when you try to reach a suspended/deleted journal. If that came up, you were suspended.

It looks like these interests are still at risk; advice to other people who've gotten theirs back is to remove the interests for the time being. Hopefully, sanity will prevail in the long run and you'll be able to be completely up-front about the purpose.

my users are not always very computer savvy so who knows what was going on, since I did not witness it myself I don't want to report it as another case where a "survivor site" was picked on

but to err on the side of caution I did put up a blog entry explaining who we are and our profile is pretty extensive

All right. If you have a chance to ask anyone, I'd like to know what screen came up. If it can't be checked, it can't. I can list it as an uncomfirmed, at most, with a link to this exchange.

pure_christian's profile was innocuous and harmless as a profile could ever be, and apparently wasn't even viewed. So I think shielding yourself by changing the interests is your best bet.
