Oh goodness =( I'm not in the US, but still, Europe will probably follow at somepoint. A friend of mine said they'd be reluctant to really do this cause providers earn money from downloads (apparently, he's a computer nerd, I don't know these things myself).. But as it seems that doesn't stop them anymore.

I called TimeWarner today and asked about this certain date and ACTA. The guy said he didn't know anything about the July date but that TimeWarner has already been policing downloads for a year now. O_o
