i just watched "nobody knows" (dare mo shiranai) this japanese movie, and it was probably the saddest movie i've ever seen. i mean yes, it was gorgeous, and everything, cinematically terrific, but it seemed like almost every move they made was to some way or another make you feel even worse, this effect also brought with it the ability to perk you
