i saw tv on the radio on friday, extrememly great
then aloha on saturday, really really effin terrific, i love this band so much! i dont know whether im happy or sad yet that so few people like them, but they were one of the better live bands i've ever seen.

seriously kurt...i'm tooting the aloha horn around here, but the results has been tepid at best. aloha is so effing awesome that people SHOULD like them, and if they don't, it's really their loss. hope the seattle is amazing...enjoy the, oh what is that word? oh yeah, CULTURE.

yeah im the same man, i tell pretty much everyone i know who likes music to check them out, and i guess it just doesnt go over to well. but i agree, their effin loss. seattle is all that is amazing.

they did indeed! 1 of 2 encore songs, the other being staring at the sun, it was super awesome, they did like an instrument version (as apposed to the acapella(sp?!) version. it was super awesome, the white guy beat boxed for it and he was great. all in all, you can discribe them live as being super huge and loud and full as apposed to their extremely mellow nature on cd. it was terrific! i come back on the 9 or 10th or june so im excited to see everyone. i hope you read this, considering its in my livejournal.

I'm happy you showed me aloha, because I totally dig'em with a shovel and I too tried to get other people into them. no such luck. Perhaps it is an acquired taste such as feces. I used "escape" in a short i made. guess what it was about? that's right, escaping.
