IESB.net has learned that Transformers director Michael Bay will reunite with producer Jerry Bruckheimer and Disney on the big screen version of best-selling video game Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time .

Is it weird for me to be totally excited about this? Nah, it's only like my most favorite video game lol! The Prince better be hot! Hehe.

Jerry Bruckheimer has quite an extensive work history, WOW!

Do you know if it is animated as in cartoon representations/computer generated graphics style or using real live actors?

I'm not sure yet. Hopefully live actors. It would be cool to see him running across the wall hehe.

I don't think it's weird at all. I confess to being worried, for while I'm sure Jerry won't botch things, I don't know much about Michael Bay or what other writers he might get. It IS possible to take a good movie/game and completely screw it over by crappy writing. (See: Painkiller Jane)

If he's not hot, I at least want his vocals to be dubbed by the guy who did them for the video game. I don't care if they use the voice for SoT/2T or WW--either will suffice. And if they do this one, I want them to at least TRY WW. Get them to bring in the Empress--they could even use Monica Belucci, the original voice actress.
