Wow! That's great. I'll bet they were dying to bring it back because it embodies the fun and flavor of Magic, especially red magic, so well. Plus, with the power creep of the past few years, the card is not as strong as it used to be.

Yeah, it's not as amazing as it used to be. Remember Shock? Or Incinerate? I remember when Shock was the replacement for Lightning Bolt, and then they printed Lightning Helix. I just hope they keep Counterspell out.

I assume Cancel will remain in lieu of Counterspell.
