Can I just say that I love it when rehearsal end with a visit from the police...

So.. the rehearsal ends, and I'm sitting at my table doing a little work, look up and see two police officers standing on stage about to talk to some of the actors... At which time I immediately stand up walk over and ask if I could help them. They said they got an alarm at the "West Art Gallery Entrance..." I don't even know where that is... so I

Were you there for Arsenic and Old Lace when some lady called the cops on Courtney so they showed up at the rehearsal to check out her car? --And Courtney and I were both the cops in the play so we were all dressed up as cops too.

eep. Well they were obviously in the wrong spot. They must have supposed to been near the pond where the gallery is. It's the oppsite side of the pond as our "pond door."

what if those cops were undercover theater majors from amherst college or hampshire college trying to steal ideas from the fabulous umass theater guild! i wouldn't be surprised if you saw ppl in the audience videotaping the performances.
