That lasagna is a potential business in itself. If you could make that lasagna you could mail it out on a subscription basis. See if I'm lying.

Anyhow, my advice is to find this and read it, pronto:

hehe, I wish I could make a business on tofu.
my friend actually is setting up a website for me to sell stuff through.
bags and little stuffed animal guys. I'll be sure to link it here when it's up (probably about a month).

I was reading up on that book and the outsourcing thing. that seemed pretty neat.
what else is useful/interesting in the book?

I recommend Shopify for selling stuff, and Etsy for crafts. Both are top notch.

As for the book, you've asked a big question. It's kind of pithy! Outsourcing seems to get people's attention, but for me it was other stuff that kept me rapt.

Probably the idea that most people think they want to be rich, but they actually just want a rich lifestyle, and when you do the research, it's actually not unattainable. You can do a lot with $20k! And no, you don't have $20k, but the book talks about how to get it.

It debunks the very notion of expert, and steps you through turning yourself into one so that you can then test market and launch products sold through channels which you manage remotely.

It spends a lot of time talking about how your time should be spent, which is not working. The author fired his worst 20% clients and got 80% of his time back, and was happier.

Basically, you read the book and feel like there's a small chance you're going to take over the damn world... with tofu.
