So there was a small article in last weeks Entertainment Weekly that was essentially asking why the quality of M. Knight Shyamalan movies declined over the years. When I opened this weeks new issue, there was a letter to the editor about the article. Italics are mine.

No.

NO.

They are WRONG.

Who wrote this article? I'm going to find them and punch them in their life's face.

Plus, you know, the majority of people who see the movie and died, and then saw the show and were blown away, their opinions mean nothing.

My god... I mean, the first time that popped into my mind was is this person really seeing the same show and movie or have they been lobotomized?

If there’s a director who is hardest to distinguish from one of his many crazed fans, that’s got to be M. Night Shyamalan.

That's the first sentence in the Long Island Press interview last July. I don't think the writer knew just how right he was.

"After reading "What Happened to M. Knight Shyamalan (DVD & Downloads), I feel I must come to the director's defense . He captured The Last Airbender's Prince Zuko and Aang -and the essence of the cartoon- beautifully. to answer your question: Nothing happened to Shyamalan; it's just the public's perception of him has changed"

Bullshit. :p

Seriously, nobody's that stupid; *nobody* could be that stupid...BULLLLLLLLLLSHIT! XD

And really, public perception? Right. So when M. Night Douchenozzle threatens to challenge his critics to a boxing match we can just close our eyes and pretend it's our imagination. :p The public perception of M. Night may have changed, yes -- but it's for different reasons than you think. Trust me on this. :/
