Your reasons to stay are a lot more reasonable than your reasons to leave. BUT there's no reason to put yourself through misery if you are not sure you will even be able to use the certificate in the future.
Well, I say suck it up and drive on. It may be torture right now, but it won't last forever. Once you're done, you're done. If you don't take it you will most likely regret it later, one of those "ERG!" moments. I know that it's a pain, but really, it's not forever and making yourself deal with difficult people can only help you deal with other difficult people later on. The option is so unwieldy, the 120 co-op hours you don't even know if you can manage in your town, and you don't even know if you would end up dealing with MORE difficult people for that eternity of work...
So I say stick to it, push through the pain, complete your credits and be done with it. You may decide to go on to another field, but this experience will be extremely worthwhile, if only for your resume.
Regardless of whether you complete the program or stop now there are classes you have taken and an obvious focus you had (from my understanding). You can add that to resumes where applicable even if you don't get the certificate. It sounds to me like you do not have interest in the subject matter, and even though you are so close to completion, I believe that is a huge sign that you should stop putting your time and energy into it. It's hard sometimes to recognize that something isn't working and make the choice to stop, but I think it can be a good thing to do at times. If in the future you change your mind about wanting to get into a career where that is a vital certificate to have, you can make the decision to complete it or join another similar program. There are things more important than obtaining certificates and it doesn't sound to me like it is worth the stress, time, and energy to work toward completing the certificate

It's probably time to stop.
