You're right about that, his Mum usually does the answering. Did you see when he went on the Graham Norton Show? He was talking about the first time his Granddad helped out with the fan mail... and, well, if you haven't seen it, I won't spoil it for you, just STRONGLY URGE you go seek that clip out on YouTube.
