I'm a tad late in getting this posted but better late then never I guess!

I got back from my CA project Saturday night (after a 21 hour driving marathon in sleet and other shit weather) It was a comercial shoot for Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge.  I can happily report that things on the set went really well and on both nights we wrapped early. We had a great ( Read more... )

Fuck dude. D: Sucks about the windscreen. Looks like an awesome job though!!! I am jealous of your 80mph adventures. Closest I got was 75 in ND over the weekend ;P

Yeah, well, luckily that's what insurance is for! *chuckles* I'm just glad the rock didn't compromise the windshield completely and enter the cab! And no. Don't be jealous! It might sound kinda cool (and in a car or pickup it would of been) but this trip was far from fun :/ -Jobsite was kinda cool though =)

Its a cool drive if you have someone to do it with, and you dont have to fill out a comprehensive package to submit to your work detailing exactly how many miles you're driving, where you'll be staying along the way, that you've had your car serviced ahead of time, etc etc. It just got to be such a pain for me to drive that it ended up being easier to just fly =P.

Yes though, someday my fail ford focus will make it out there.

Neat pictures. Glad the actual gig went well for you. So 80MPH speed limits means you can do 90 right? :P

it got a little sketchy during prep but luckily we were able to compromise on setup and figure stuff out =)

And pretty much, haha. I didn't due much over 85 however. As it was I was hearing that turbo in my sleep at night >_>
