Confiding with friends, the young woman in line at the unemployment office spoke with complete certitude.  Wulf, standing nearby on a ladder, could not help but overhear.  “You have to know someone to get a job.”   Wulf agreed silently, continuing to install tracking for the new picture-hanging system
