Apparently you can no longer future date a post and have it show up on your entries as the first entry. Wtf LJ? eta: I figured out how to do it. You sticky..not future date. That way it shows. Durp Durp

You can. It's called a "sticky post" now.

That was not working when I did it earlier.

I think you're only allowed to have one sticky post, so if you have any other future-dated posts you'd probably have to undo those.

I found this on the FAQ

The scheduled entry will post to your journal and appear on the friends pages of your friends when the scheduled date & time arrives.
