I was going to get tickets for Dom and I to see Rod Stewart as Dom is kind of a fan (something to do with Rod being scottish and Mike Myers) and it was the day after my birthday. So I thought, nice.

The tickets sold out in half an hour to those that didn't know (why, I cannot fathom) so I went on trademe just to see-see.

Life seems full of embracing precious moments I get in between running around like a headless chicken these days.

Last night I made Dom submit to watching 10 episodes of Sex and the City. With that and salmon on the side, hey, I was a happy lassy. He also surpised me with an Edward Monkton book I had gushed over in the bookstore.

So I file all my admission documents to the High Court today. Whee! I even got a "Thanks for getting it right the first time" from the (apparently) usually unhelpful pedantic ladies who take in your documents. Woo-ee.

Now if my wig doesn't fall off I may become another menace to society.

Can't wait.

about losing my laptop is that as I am very behind on my diploma schedule (work thing) and I had saved all of them on my personal drive, they are all gone. Including the one I had nearly finished and now I have to do it all over again. It's going to take me another week to two weeks to get this done again. FARK UP.
