This longish rant was inspired by a response that I'd made on gothhippiegrrl's LJ earlier this month. I debated not posting it, since making a full-length post out of a comment is complete and total vanity. But then I changed my mind and decided that this is something that needs to be said, publicly, and often. Vanity, thy name is Woman urmwyd.

A-freakin-men, hon. This xmas I saw many, many people bitching and moaning about petty little things that didn't matter, or things that they could change themselves if only they'd bother taking responsibility for their own actions. I don't want to be that way.

Misery may love company, but company loves More, More loves everybody else, but Hell is Others ...

(As much as I love the Sartre reference, her way of saying "others" as a three-syllable word always makes me hear: "Hell is on-the-house" Yay! Free Hell for everyone!)
