I stopped watching Heroes, so I have no idea what you're talking about. BUT! Do you watch Chuck? It also had a ridiculously appropriate Talking Heads song on Monday night. Maybe NBC got a twofer on the rights. :)
No, I don't watch Chuck, but I probably should. It's on the long list of "Why I am NOT watching this show?" rather than: "Why am I STILL watching this show".
I don't know when you stopped watching Heroes, but in recent episodes, Sylar has somehow gained a troubled little sociopath wannabe sidekick teenager. (Which I think is actually stolen from Dexter) When they got in the car, "Psycho Killer" started playing, drawing an ironic chuckle from little psycho boy.
However I retract my "made of win" statement earlier. It would have been more awesome if he hadn't turned the radio on exactly when the words "Psycho Killer, Qu'est-ce-que c'est ..." were sung. If he'd turned the radio on somewhere in the middle of the verse, it would have been 10 times more subtle, and therefore, made of more win. :)
I stopped watching after Season 2, so I haven't seen any of Season 3. It sat on our DVR for so long, and every time we thought about watching it it seemed like a chore, so we finally decided to just let it go
( ... )
Gotcha. I just wanted to be sure that you knew who Sylar was, and why Psycho Killer was appropriate. If you'd stopped watching at, say ... episode 2, you might not know. [nods]
