As much as Yuffie hates Shin-Ra and the Turks, she can't hold too much against Reno anymore. There was the time he helped to save her from Don Corneo, and he ( with his partner ) aided the fight against Kadaj. It's rumored that his boss is helping to fund the WRO that she works for as well, as part of their effort to make up for all the damage they caused. So, in all honesty, while Yuffie will give Reno one hell of a time, she doesn't think that badly of him. You'll never hear it out of her, but she might even like him enough to work with him again.
Despite how often he annoys her, Yuffie accepts that she can count on him to lift her mood with a simple joke or sarcastic remark. He isn't all bad, yet. She's working on getting to know him a little better, just for curiosity's sake. Yeah, that's all it is. Granted, after a drunken night, she's not entirely sure what they are, or why she keeps going back. She won't say they're in a "relationship" but... they're in something complicated.
❤❤❤❤❤ CLOUD STRIFE
The Leader of the Pack! Or, at least, that's how Yuffie views it. The fact that she had a crush on him three years ago somewhat affects how flustered he can make her now, but it's all in good fun. Yuffie enjoys teasing him as much as it seems he enjoys making fun of her, and she cares about him a lot - more than she often cares to admit to anybody. She'll call him a Spiky Headed Idiot before referring to him as someone she highly respects and looks up to.
Yuffie is often worrying about him, but shows it in a form of irritation and annoyance. She wants the best for him and to see him smile again, because that's the Cloud that she likes best.
❤❤❤❤❤ AERITH GAINSBOROUGH
Certainly the more understanding member of AVALANCHE, and the sweetest. Yuffie seriously loves this girl, you have no idea. She can never doubt her, think badly of her, or maybe ever steal from her ( again ). Aerith is just one of those people that can actually get to Yuffie, and sometimes even make her feel guilty for things she's done or said, or plans on doing or saying. The flower girl can easily keep Yuffie in line, but she also seems to understand the ninja and it's this that Yuffie treasures the most. After losing her the first time, Yuffie will not let anything happen to her again.
Aerith is also the first Weapon Yuffie has actually resonated with before the Cetra returned as a Meister. Even fighting side by side, there is a sort of rightness to it - a sort of reminder of the old days that Yuffie had been missing for so long.
❤❤❤❤❤ TIFA LOCKHART
This is Mama Bear, despite what anybody else might think. Yuffie always thinks of Tifa as being a very close friend and the sound mind of AVALANCHE.
❤❤❤❤❤ RUFUS SHINRA
While she has severe trust issues when it comes to the Shin-Ra family, Yuffie does have to give credit where credit is due. It's rumored that Rufus helps with the funding of Reeve's WRO to make up for what was done in the past, so Yuffie does have some form of respect that he can admit when he's wrong. Still, that doesn't mean she trusts him completely! At least she doesn't outright hate the guy. Unfortunately, he isn't from her time so there is still a chance that he hasn't completely reformed. Needless to say, she'll keep him at arms length until given a reason to go one way or the other.

While she doesn't know him very well, he's a surprisingly familiar person. Yuffie hasn't quite figured it out yet, though. She doesn't even realize he's from her world!

She hasn't spoken to him, and she refuses to have anything to do with him even though he's Cloud's partner. Yuffie trusts Cloud and his decisions, but this is one that - while she won't act on it - she doesn't completely agree with. However, Sephiroth hasn't let anything happen to Cloud and he protects him, so she has to give him that much.

Yuffie does not like this guy. In fact, he seriously gives her the creeps. She made the mistake of speaking with him and now she is constantly looking over her shoulder for some kind of ambush.
