So first time that I can recall, I was a patient on Monday. In the last year, I've become very used to the health care provider role but didn't know how it was to be the one in the bed. For the first time, I've also had to use an opiod analgesic because the aftermath of a hernioplasty hurts like a B. Getting up and down are now the most taxing

Yeah, and on the abs, I've had 4 abdominal surgeries, and it's a MOTHER afterwards. You don't realize how you even use them for poopin' 'till you don't have 'em!

Feeling better. Head feels cloudy so haven't read much. I am having trouble concentrating on things like a book.
