This is pretty dependant on outside factors. It used to take me quite a while to get to sleep, although since my time sense is rather distorted when in bed I can't pin a number on it. Of late, I've been up for proloned periods so it's been pretty fast. I've also had some really crazy moments with that, so I'd be pressed to say my cycle is on the healthy side of things. But yeah, I'd say the average varies based on what else I've been up to but usually takes tenish minutes. Just to try and throw a number out.

between about fourteen seconds and about two-four hours; the former if i ran around carrying heavy things all day, the latter for normal days. teh Experts say if you're still awake after fifteen minutes you should get up and go do something that will make you sleepy.

might i suggest taking up meditation?
