So i got this great idea from ww_angie Thank you! :0)

Today I felt pretty bad because I know I am going to go over my points. But i guess i will be using some of my extra points then...( I must add that i have my *monthly friend this week, so its not the best time to cut back on sweets for me)

I have 31 Points daily

I am ALWAYS hungry at lunch. Now that I've started "brown bagging," I find my self less hungry.

I pack some fruit, a frozen smart ones meal or sandwich (meat, mustard & light bread), and some a couple of those new 100 calorie snacks (only 2 points!) & a v8! I pack a breakfast too, so I'm held over till lunch!

I don't know. I used to LOVE eating out and still miss it, but brown bagging it is sooo much cheaper and healthier!

Yay for us weight watcher queens!

yes good tips :0) I do have to cut down on the fast food i guess the more i get use to the program the better. LOL ww Queens *yay* ;) Take care & good luck
