Where the bloody hell had he been? Mason wondered if this was what the castle as a whole was thinking. After all, when Mason Blain Gibbs did not make his presense known, something was bound to be up. Either he was planing something, busy studying, or just keeping a low profile.
Sadly to say, however, none of these applied to his recent absence. He'd just not felt the desire to get out and about. Over the past few weeks, he'd simply went to class, came back to the common room, studied, and did nothing of real interest, really. He was going through a certain dry spell, which was highly uncommon for him, but, alas, all great minds did so.
Now, however, he was ready. He wanted action. He wanted social interaction. The attacks of the week before had only increased his desire to interact once again. It was time to stop being so sullen and get out and enjoy himself. He'd be going into Hogsmeade the next day, so he was excited for that, and it was in hopes of meeting someone to talk to that he made his way outside of the castle, and into the garden.
Finding a nice bench, he sat down, and looked around.
Boring. Hopefully things would pick up.
