Weekend was busy, so I was still a little under 45k by Monday afternoon. Monday night was busy again, and not only did I come home at about 2 in the morning, but also with massive hang-over potential. The hang-over spared me this time, though. I wrote 3000 words before I went to work, and another 3000 after work.

Not bad, especially since I only started at 5 p.m., spent half an hour on the phone and watched the latest Veronica Mars in between.

Man, staring out of the window is a bad idea. I'd thought I'd reach 30k sooner.

Here is what I see when I look out of the window. Which I have been doing for some time now.

I only wrote a little over a thousand words yesterday as I had an urgent case of RL requiring my attention. On the train back to Frankfurt I had an idea for another novel. Yay, 20K!

I was going to say something witty about the writing experience today and why it took so long, but my finger really do not want to type anymore.

20K tomorrow then, it seems.

I went for a run this afternoon. In a t-shirt. It is November, I know that for sure since I am writing like a maniac. Still, no need for hooded fleece sweaters for my afternoon run. This should probably worry me because it is yet another sign for drastic climate change, but I was really glad to leave the sweater at

As I'm less than 2000 words away from 10k, I can safely assume that that threshold will be crossed tomorrow. That is unprecedented. Two times out of my three previous WriMos I had not even started by November 4.

Seriously - I scare myself.
