Decluttering - Defining priorities

I absolutely have to declutter and organize my mail and bill paying life. It is literally getting me into credit trouble. I am currently reading "Let Go of Clutter" by Harriet Schecter, which is making me realize I have clutter areas elsewhere as well. I am trying to follow her advice and tips to help for a better future down the line

No, but I might have to take a look at it. I've gotten a lot better, but there are still many areas I have trouble with.
