Chocolate Cake

Just had my share of the highly anticipated Chocolate Paradise cake i bought from Chocolat 'N' Spice at Shunfu Mart. Recommended by numerous magazines, the cake is basically a light chocolate mousse layer made of Valrhona chocolate from France on top of its hazelnut crunch base.
