Hi guys. You know me, I'm not really the type to bitch ... I just ... I don't know. I'm having a really hard time with the game. Since installing the memory and the new graphics card I've been getting blue screen crashes more and more (not the blue screen of death, it's more like a blue waiting screen). I turned shaders off and it's still happening

Just as a thought...I recently got this for my threatening-to-overheat laptop, and it really seems to do the trick. If your computer is a laptop, that might help. If it's a desktop, adding a fan or replacing the internal chip fan might help. Commiserations in your general direction, anyway.

thanks for the link but that doesn't apply to my computer. I'm really about 99% positive that it's overheating.

Ugh. I've been there completely. Still there, in fact, just it's not as bad. I upgraded my card and RAM only for my computer to continue failing all over the place. I found the most random thing helped which is updating my BIOS. Random, but you may want to try it. I got the update from my manufacturer's website. If you feel uncomfortable installing it yourself, maybe someone can help. *nods*

I'm sorry it's crapping out on you. I'm also sorry that I don't have any fixes to offer to help. I'm really not that tech savvy. But I hope it all works out soon and that you can be happy again. <3
