How about a Writers' Group in Second Life?

One of my boggles about working alone as a writer is this:  in the environment I'm in, I am pretty much in a complete creative vacuum. There are NO like-minded others nearby to interact with about creative things. Not writing, not art, not good media - nuttin'. The people who are around, dear as they are on a personal level, are just not on this ( Read more... )

Hey, Timster! Glad you found this thread.

Tomorrow I'll be posting a separate post that is an official solicitation for group members, outlining what this is about and specifically what I am asking people to commit to. If you feel you can make the time and critique commitment, it would be great to have you. This is basically on a first-come, first served basis, up to the headcount limit for the critique group, though anyone is welcome to join the more general artist chat that follows.

So, take a gander at tomorrow's post, and if you're still interested, respond to that and I'll count you in.
