I will be looking at a very cool apartment tonight where I'll probably be living. It sounds like a kick-ass place in a great neighborhood. Seems I lucked out, as this place only has 20 units and they rarely become available ( Read more... )

Yay car and apartment! Sorry my own health nonsense has kept me from being out and about much lately, but at some point, if you're game, we should make a pilgramage to Fry's Electronics and/or the Apple store.

It's a date. I WILL need gadgets to fill my new apartment. Yay shopping with friends.

One of my exes once had a Saturn and it was a really nice car and their customer service was impressive. I'm a Honda person myself though. Or Toyota if the budget is tighter.

I understand about family, completely. If it wasn't for my mom I'd probably be homeless by now.

Hey, if you think about it, we'd ALL be homeless if it weren't for our parents (as kids, I mean).
The fact that the trend sometimes continues into adulthood is both disturbing and comforting at the same time.

I wish I could see your apartment when you get it. It's really great that you have good family. That certainly can make all the difference.

It certainly is. They've saved my skin more times than I care to admit.
I know it's a cliche' but my family are the only people in the world I know I can absolutely trust 100%.
