Where I want to live (meandering)
I love Austin. For the people and the culture. The climate, though, is just too much, and I've been wanting to move for some years now. At some point I told myself that I would be living somewhere better for me before 2010 was over, but we'll see if that's a reality or not. Why am I happy? (a somewhat-pointless ramble of curiosity)
OK, seems like an odd question, but it's one I'm curious about at the moment. It seems to me that I'm quite a happy person. I rarely stress out, my temper is even, I can handle sad and/or disturbing things without it harshing my mellow, in general if you ask me at any given time you'll find I'm doing 'pretty well' or better... I am ocularly enhanced!
I've been having some troubles with far-vision being blurred and getting headaches, so what with my vision plan being so nifty, I went with Dru and Kristine to get an eye exam and some glasses.

...how to use cosmetics. I know I've held off from it for years now, but it would be nice to be able to effectively make myself up once in awhile. I would like to speak for a moment on the severe and prevalent oppression of men in our society.
I almost never do this, but I'm thumbing down The Myth of Male Power by Warren Farrell and recommending that no one read it, ever. Even though I myself have not read a word of it.
