Brace yourself. Wil is on some kinda drug and has been driving me crazy with the coming thoughts.

Okay so I've spent the majority of the last week or so obsessing over the idea that I have a tapeworm. Why? Because I'm an idiot. See, Josh's cat threw up a few days ago and it supposedly had some kind of worms in it. Now, I haven't gone near his cat or anything at all, but I was at his house sleeping in his bed and I could have swallowed a flea. Since humans can only get tapeworms from playing in kitty poo or swallowing an infected flea, I've been super duper crazily pyschotic about the possibility of me getting one. Do I actually have one? Probably not. Infections in humans are apparantly super rare and if and when they do occur, they're usually found in little kids. See, I do my research. But that won't stop me from making a doctors appointment and refraining from going to the bathroom until I'm absolutely certain I don't have one, or until I die. Whatever comes first.

In other non-parasetic and much less disgusting news, I went to Q Concert with Joey last night and it was rock my socks awesome. They had some really cool bands there, despite some rap crap. Lillix played the opening and we felt really bad cause there weren't many people there and so the audience wasn't all that into it. But I think they're a really cool band. And I do mean band. They're all chicks and they play their OWN instruments and write their OWN songs. Which is more than I can say for half the people in the industry. If you want to hear one of their songs download "It's About Time" It's on MTV, plus it's a cool song.

Yah, I give major courage props to Lillix. Can you imagine being the first band to come out and play when there are less than 150 people who seem less than interested in what you're doing? I'll pass. You should also check out their song "Tomorrow" I like it lots.

Bowling for Soup was also there and they're cool. They played one of their new songs "Punk Rock 101" and it was soo funny. They're pretty cool guys and all. Kinda comical.

Best part of Bowling for Soup?... The big fat guy who plays the guitar. He was great! He was like dancing all sexy like and pratically humping his guitar, which got the crowd even more into it, if you can imagine.

Then there was Jewel who has a hell of a voice and did a great job. However, her comments on her new music severely disheartened me. In a recent interview, someone asked her what was with her new look and sound and she replied that she was in it for the money and if she had to show a little skin to sell some records then she was gonna do it. What the hell? Way to sell out. But she did a great job in spite of it and I give her mad props based solely on her voice talent alone. She wasn't a bad performer either.

I went to the concert thoroughly pissed at Jewel and I left pleased with her performance, though I am still against her new style. Doesn't she know she was more beautiful before her slut-transformation?

They brought out some of the Flyers much to Joey's joy. She was soo excited. It was cute.

SOOOOOOO EXCITED! Omigosh I almost crapped myself when they announced Willie and JR. JR is a god I tell ya, A GOD! And so, for the rest of the night I was watching the two of them off to the side. JR had his wife with him and Willie had a girlfriend... or maybe a groupie who had her hands all over him. JR was so cute when he danced. *grins*

They also had Britney Spears and Carson Daly as special guests and that was... interesting. The girl next to us was nuts. I mean she had this white t-shirt on and it said "You should see this wet." I was like, I'd rather not thanks. And she kept pulling down her shirt in order to try and get on stage with Tyrese. I was about to tell him to just pick her because we were tired of seeing her breasts, but he picked someone else and it was really sweet...

Sweet Jesus, she was bordering on psycho. She was like 13 years old! While Wil was worried about her flashing us, I was more worried about not sustaining a black eye. She was waving her arms so frantically that I ducked just in time more than once. *shakes head* Dangerous I tell ya... That's where our youth is headed... Oh! I have to leave now, so she'll have to finish without me. Adios! *waves*

And now for the BEST part. Third Eye Blind. I'm totally obsessed with Stephen Jenkins and my goal for the evening was to sleep with him in order to try and have one of his children. However, that didn't pan out so I had to settle with being within 20 feet of him. But they played an AWESOME set and they had the entire crowd on their feet and singing the songs with him. He would randomly turn the mic towards us and let us finish his lyrics. I love that guy. He's with Vanessa Carlton and I'm happy for him and all, but dude.. I wish I could be her.. Even for like 2 hours.

So yea. I fell asleep at 1 and woke up at 4 and I can't get back to sleep for the life of me damnit. So I'll finish this thing. I've somehow contracted a wicked cough and it's killing my chest. I mean really. It hurts so freakin' bad. I'm gonna get a doctors appointment for Monday though.. Josh came over at about 11:30 tonight (after he was done work). So that was sweet and he copied me a cd that I wanted and just hung out with me for a little bit. But he had to leave early cause I have training for my job tomorrow!

Oh yea! My job! I forgot to tell you. The job with Joey fell through and I don't mind so much because she has to process wills. Nothing like reading about a bunch of dead people. Sounds uplifting huh? Haha. Well, I might not have ended up doing that, but I'm sure it would have been something equally tedios and boring. Ok so after I found out I didn't get the job, me and my mom went around to like 7 stores to put in applications. One of them happened to be Old Navy. When I went to hand it in, the manager asked me to come in for an interview on the spot that very same day. So I was like, dude, cool! Cause I've worked in retail and I know the ropes, plus they have some AWESOME clothes. So I went to the interview and they called me Saturday to tell me I got the job. It pays 7.25$ an hour. Can you believe that!? That's the most I've ever worked for in my life. I'm used to like 6.00$ an hour. I was stoked. But it's gonna be a tough job since it's such a big store and it's popular too so tons of people always come in there and I know I'm gonna be spending a lot of time there which is going to suck a little bit cause in some cases I might end up coming in at 7 in the morning and if I have to work nights, I might have to stay til midnight. Not that I have a problem with the midnight thing, it's just really late to be working. We'll just have to see.

Jeez, my stomach is bothering me. :( I have no idea why, but lately it's been going crazy. Makes me nervous. Probably part of the reason I think I have a tapeworm cause something is definitely up with my tummy. *cries* Okay so I've actually been trying to get on a normal sleep schedule. After staying up for over 30 hours with no sleep, I needed to get this thing worked out. I totally crashed after that night. So I've been trying to go to bed earlier. The latest I've stayed up is 1. Which isn't too bad. Excluding the night of the concert, I was in bed at like 2:30. But that's to be expected.

And in other really exciting news, I got my hair cut. I'm enclosing a picture of it in the lj so you can see it. We took it with a digital camera.

Check out the new do!

And I think that's it. Hmm.. Yea, really that's about all. I can't log in to my college e-mail for some reason? Are any of the other members of bellfifth having this problem? It keep asking me all sorts of weird questions when I type in the address. There's like a form I had to fill out. It was weird. But I'm going now. Time to maybe try and get a half an hour of sleep? I'll let you know how my training went later. Love you all. *muah*

Always,
Vixie
