So I haven't updated this in a while and I am at work so I figured I would. I actually got hired on full-time with the company I have been with for 2 years. YAY me! So last week I thought I should take my kids to do some fun things around our town. Tuesday I took them to story time at the central library. They of course enjoyed themselves with the 5 book, 8 songs, and the endless puppets. Several of my fellow mom's that belong to the mom's club I am in were there. Ok I need name suggestions for my baby I am getting!!! She is 6 weeks old. Right now they are calling her Chiquita but I do not like that name. I am greatly saddened today. My friend Amie's little girl passed away at 3:22pm. She was hit by a car and had critical injuries that put her in a coma and on life support. Sierra was 4 years old. She was 6 days older than my son. Please send good thoughts her families way ( Read more... )

SO the drive to work this morning was really, really scary. From Arlington to right about Irving I could not see at all the rain was coming down so hard. AND on top of that I would hit a puddle of water on the freeway and the car would act like it was going to die. That happened 3 times.
