“You peed yourself.” BWAH!!! Dean's reaction was priceless.
The synchronized-speak in the diner? AWESOME!!
“I’m supposed to wake up.” Oh Sammy. **sniffle**
I also liked the ‘Sam as John’ montage since I have always felt that Sam was so much like John - personality wise - and that that’s one of the main reasons they butted heads

Oh man, the hug was delicious. Someone capped it before I saw the episode, and I saw the picture and just... Sam's little face was nestled flush against Dean's neck, and it was so intimate and loving and perfect. And yes, Dean's quiet question and his acceptance of the hug were just wonderful.
And yep, I agree with your last paragraph. Hopefully the writers agree, too. I haven't adored Jeremy Carver's episodes, but this one was ace. Now if we could just get rid of Sera Gamble somehow...

That really did feel like a throwback to the awesome that used to be and I would love this show SO MUCH if... well, yeah. Anyway...
But this was terrific. And the stuff I don't like was really easily ignored and I'm totally going with the idea that the Trickster just saw them come into town and decided to have a bit of fun simply because that's what he does.
I also really want to watch next week too, but I'm afraid there will be too much I'll have to ingore. But HENRICKSEN!!! EEEEE!!!!!

As for Jus in Bello, I have't watched it yet. I do want to get caught up and I'll probably marathon the ones I've missed (RSaM, FB, AVSC, MM, DaLD, and JIB) and I think JIB is going to be a good one to end on (ignoring Scooter's death and Ruby's rant at the end ;-D) so I'll probably do that in the next week or so. And I actually think Bela and Ruby will be a bit easier for me to take if I don't have to stew a whole week for a new ep after seeing them in the earlier ones. But we'll see. **crosses fingers**
