Chronicles of a Blue Mage: Blue Magic Galore!
One of the toughest challenge of playing a blue mage is not seeking for a party, we leave that honour to dragoons and dark knights. heh. :P
It is getting the blue magic for the higher levels. Its not for certain that you would be able to learn the magic even if you are a gazillion levels higher than the spell that you need. Well, not gazillion levels higher, but high enough!
You need friends that will be able to help you to obtain the blue magic too! :D Again, this game isn't fun if I don't play it with friends!
This is the list of those that have been helping Flynne and I with our blue magic questing:
- Iio (he tanks, he fishes and he gets us our blue magic)
- Whisperwind (he help with the healing cause us lowbie blue mages just suck with it. ;))
- Kerushi (he tanks as a warrior or a SAM..I think he should level pld! :D)
Along the way of blue magic questing, we also manage to get P.M: 8-3 done! or is it 8-4? :D No idea, its just a whole 6 hours journey of going through the Garden of Ru'met. Helping us along the way is.... drum rolll....
KAGAKUMA! kagakuma His help came unexpectedly and he stayed up until he was stoned in front of the computer screen. So it doesn't matter if he's not a taru, thank you so much for your help! :D
In the icy depths of Ulegerand Range, Kerushi (our Warrior tank), helped us to needle a few raptors into sacrificing their frost breath for us. ;)
Then we went to flirt with the serpentine beasts of the east. :D Iio flirted with them and got his clothes torn off repeatedly, still we preserve! Although, I must add that SE is definately annoying with the BREAK-THE-STUPID-WEAPON-SO-MONSTER-CAN-USE-SPELL thingy...Really annoying!
Hysteric Barrage, the Lamia is pissed cause Flynne pulled its tail! Bad Flynne!
Tail Slap and off goes the clothes! :3 I think Merrows are natural born perverts!
And why is it that when we want to learn hysteric barrage, the lamia doesn't use it but the merrow uses it repeatedly and when we want to learn tail slap, the lamia decides to use it repeatedly. *shakes fist at SE* Darnit! You like us to waste time!
We took a trip into the past so that Flynne can be a Lady Killer. I think he held onto that title for a very long time. :3
Thereafter, we went to do our COP mission!
Reactor Cool is the spikes that never gets dispel! ONLY ON THE MOB! It gets dispels on us peons! No fair. :(
Balls or birds or spiders, these things can't make up their minds! Although Actinic Burst was what we were after! Their sickle slash is horrible!
Don't judge a flower by its prettiness, this is one evil flower! Vertical Cleaves you up when you least expect it! :D
And since the new emote came out, we always celebrate the end of every mission with a dance! :D
