So this is what happened when I got my teeth out: DRUGS!! First some pills, then some scary mask that made me higher than a fucking kite, and THEN they strap a fucking tourniquet on my arm and shoot me up with something incredibly powerful... Then they ripped all my teeth out while I was still conscious and I watched them sew me up. Walking was not

What did they give you for pain? Probably Hydrocodone (vicodin), that's pretty standard for oral surgery. The mask was NO2, Nitrious Oxide, also known as Laughing Gas. They used to use Diethyl-Ether but having concious patients hallucinating on the table was bad. I wonder what the needle was... It may have been Codene. Usually the only thing injected is a local anesthetic, like Novocane(sp?)

Yeah, I got hydrocodone for the pain. The mask was NO2, ja, and the needle was fucking VERSED. That took a long freaking time to wear off.. lemme tellya x_X I remember the dentist making jokes about how I was tripping or something, rofl.. errgh I ALSO got a shitload of Novocaine which is still making everything nice and numb.. many many many hours later

oh, and I dunno about the hydrocodone stomach pains. Taking them on a full stomach might help, I find that most stomach pains due to ingesting chemicals (Like DXM) are helped if you lay down. I'll ask people though.
