Today we drove from Virginia to Georgia. A very hickish, very scary, very republican middle of nowhere FLAT UGLY GEORGIA with half creepy people and half of those really nice southern types with pretty voices. Like the toothless hotel lady that just knocked on the door and gave us free food and water. In the car I read The Rum Diary.. it was good.
