my internet is horrible. its AT&T broadband (which means theres a satellite on my roof) it works well about 1 week out of the month, then they send me an email saying i have used to much bandwith and they slow it down to pretty much sub-dialup speeds for the rest of the month. did i mention it costs $50 a month? thats the only kind of internet you can get out here.
Rumor is that Comcast is doing something similar, although not announced. If you go over something like 500 GB of data for a month, they cut you off. I easily go over that.
Well I was waiting to get a cell phone call recorder before I called them back so I could post mp3s of the calls. Because of that, I wasn't going to call until Friday, but Friday morning I had an email from one of their national tech support guys who wanted some info from me to see if he could help. I figured I'd deal with him first, so I sent him what he needed and haven't called yet. If I don't get an email back from him by Monday I'll give those guys a call. Definitely will keep you posted.
