well I got my notice of "you are now officially fucked" today... The HR version of the layoff criteria is 60% write ups and 40% seniority... what they are Not saying is that it breaks down more like 20% seniority, 30% write ups, and 50% pay grade. I'm too expensive. I've been with the company for almost two and a half years with a total of two
