Well, being in and out of the hospital myself for several reasons, I can honestly say with feeling that it's not as good as everyone thinks it is

They'll take ya (provided you have the proper documentation and the sort - say if you're on 'vacation'), but I can't guarantee the service.

It's like a really, really good restaurant with good food, but the waitress is always late.

It's free up here. They'll take anyone. Just as long as you don't mind waiting.

And not that I'm afraid of you not speaking your mind, but don't be afraid to ask questions when they do something. Make them take the time to explain their answers.
