For usually 6 out of 7 days in the week, I am waking up at 5:30. The "waking up" part has actually become routine at this point, but getting to bed at a decent hour is a whole other story. My body reacts violently when I transition from times of high stress to those of minimal or no stress. The appetite increases and anxiety drops, but the most poignant feature is that my body decides to completely disregard or ignore the fact that it has its own natural defenses against pollen and other pathogens. I am thoroughly convinced that I am hypersensitive to certain things, particularly those that I think deviate from typical or acceptable human behavior.
