Sorry about not getting much mail, but at least you got some good stuff.

I finally got a letter and picture from Jake Silbermann (Noah) on Friday; he wrote a really sweet note, and it made my day. :-)

That's good about eating healthier. My mom and my sister are doing Weight Watchers. I don't need to lose weight but I should probably start eating healthier too. It's just hard to find good food; everything is so high in fat and sugar.

Totally agree about Mel Gibson. I'm sick of hearing about him.

That's good you gave up white bread and soft drinks. I think that would be hard for me to get rid of.

Yeah, I'm tired of all the Mel Gibson and Lindsay Lohan stuff too. I hope all the talk about them subsides soon.

Hey, thanks about the mail.
The soft drinks were hard. But whole wheat bread is actually petty good.

I know it actually showd cops going to see Lindsay at rehab and then her mom going to see her. Like we really care.
