Cinnamon, Diabetes, Cholesterol and Weight Loss

I found this article very interesting....

I think I will be having some form of cinnamon every day. Cant hurt, and since I like cinnamon this will be a nice addition. Leave a comment

I have an appointment with my doctor next week. I'm going to take this information in with me and see what he has to say about it. But I certainly like where this is going. If something like this could help me reduce the amount of insulin I might need to take I will be a very happy person.

You're very welcome. You can find a bunch more on it if you plug it into google...so I know this isnt a one off....

My cholesterol is a little high,and I am hoping I can use this to bring it down a bit.
